Ireland’s leading luxury technology business Chupi are seeking to expand their exceptional team. We are recruiting for a Virtual Jewellery Consultant to join our sales team.

We are recruiting for a Virtual Jewellery Consultant to join our sales team in our head office. We want to build a world class digital experience for our clients and show our latest collections virtually. We are looking for someone with incredible passion for our product and the ability to deliver customer service that captures the magic of love and kindness that is synonymous with the Chupi brand experience. You will be responsible for arranging virtual appointments to showcase our most precious and beautiful pieces and deliver a wonderful shopping experience for your clients.

The role embodies the management of heirloom sales while hosting an extraordinary experience for our varied customer base. We mark the most important moments in people’s lives, from the happiest to the most heartbreaking - your involvement will contribute to the special occasions for our clients. This role reports to the store manager and will acquire and apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximise all sales opportunities.

The right candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, a great understanding of customer service, a love for working as part of a fast-paced team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver an incredible customer experience
  • Become an expert on Chupi brand identity
  • Building a strong client list
  • Keep up to date on product knowledge & promotional activities
  • Work comfortably with sales KPIs
  • Ensure stock levels and controls are optimised
  • Report weekly to management on goals and performance
  • Understand and relay customer feedback to management

Essential Experience:

  • 1-2 years experience working in high end retail
  • Passionate about delivering an incredible customer experience
  • Motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Flexibility in working hours and an ability to work weekends is a must

Advantageous Experience:

  • Luxury retail experience
  • Jewellery retail experience
  • Silversmith or Goldsmith training
  • An understanding of gemstones

    The Technology

    We live and breathe technology, our team are digital natives and work across a number of industry standard platforms. Our website www.chupi.com and our store Atrium use Shopify as our eCommerce and POS platform, that attitude has made us one of the best performing Shopify sites in Europe. Alongside Shopify, our customers enjoy a number of custom built solutions built on AWS powering customer insights, product customisation and innovative CX solutions.

    We utilise Slack for intra company communication, Xero for finance, Google Drive for collaboration, Dropbox for content management, Zendesk for customer care, DEAR for cloud based inventory and Notion for project management to ensure as a team we have the best tools at our disposal working across multiple sites to grow and scale an international business.

    What next:

    This is a salaried position based in Dublin 6W (subject to a probationary period). Terms will be discussed with the candidates at interview.
