We're hiring a Senior SEO Specialist

Ireland’s leading luxury technology business Chupi are seeking to expand their exceptional team. We are recruiting for a Senior SEO Specialist to join our eCommerce team.

This is an incredible opportunity to work with one of Ireland's leading eCommerce brands. We are looking for someone to take point on our SEO campaigns. You'll lead the growth of organic search and internationalisation working closely with our tech, digital and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy.
• Work towards organic search optimisation and ROI maximisation.
• Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.
• Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations.
• Research and analyse competitor advertising links and build campaigns around competitor analysis.
• Develop and implement link building strategy.
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.
• Troubleshoot on-site technical SEO performance issues including page elements, CMS, server related issues and strategize solutions.
• Identify key SEO KPIs.
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs.
• Prepare and present technical and performance reports regularly.
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences.
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner.
• Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in social, offsite and onsite campaigns, content creation and content programming.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• Collaborate with Front-End, UI/UX design, marketing or other teams and educate on best practices of SEO.
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices.

Experience & qualifications:

• SEO Agency or eCommerce Role: 4-5 years (Preferred)
• Google Analytics Certification.
• Proven track record in managing and implementing SEO campaigns.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Solid data analysis skills and ability to identify actionable insights from large datasets.
• Excellent knowledge of SEO best practice.
• Experience in working with eCommerce platforms is a must.
• Experience in driving outreach based SEO campaigns.
• Experience in rolling out onsite inner page linking.
• Strong understanding of link acquisition strategy.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite with very strong Excel skills.
• Experience using a range of SEO reporting and monitoring tools.
• Working knowledge of HTML, Javascript and CSS coding.
• Working knowledge of SQL.

The Technology

We live and breathe technology, our team are digital natives and work across a number of industry standard platforms. Our website www.chupi.com and our store Atrium use Shopify as our eCommerce and POS platform, that attitude has made us one of the best performing Shopify sites in Europe. Alongside Shopify, our customers enjoy a number of custom built solutions built on AWS powering customer insights, product customisation and innovative CX solutions.

We utilise Slack for intra company communication, Xero for finance, Google Drive for collaboration, Dropbox for content management, Zendesk for customer care, DEAR for cloud based inventory and Notion for project management to ensure as a team we have the best tools at our disposal working across multiple sites to grow and scale an international business.

What next:

This is a full time salaried position (subject to a probationary period) offering a flexible arrangement between working from home and some office based work. The candidate will need to be able to attend meetings, events and company meetups in Dublin city as the role requires. The hours are 9am-5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Terms will be discussed with the candidates at the interview stage. You will report directly to the Head of eCommerce.
