We're hiring an Inventory Co-Ordinator

Ireland’s leading luxury technology business Chupi are seeking to expand their exceptional teams and are recruiting for an Inventory Coordinator to join our Production team.

Here at Chupi, we make every piece of beautiful jewellery right here in Ireland. This administrative role is an integral part of our exceptional production team as we manage the process of creation from design to market release.

This role will require collaborating with production, procurement, sales and logistics teams to maintain accurate inventory tracking throughout our production phases from manufacture to distribution and dispatch and to maintain coordinated administration of our inventory across multiple physical and online locations.

The right candidate will have exceptional organisational and communication skills, love working as part of a fast-paced team and have a working knowledge of supply chain management and inventory management systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Inventory SKU creation, management & maintenance
• Day to day troubleshooting, reporting and improving our inventory management and movement accuracy
• Liaise with Tech, Store, Care departments to maintain accurate administration of sales
• Liaise with Ops departments to maintain accurate administration and speedy dispatch and logistics of orders
• Liaise with Planning & Production teams to prepare inventory for forecasting and inventory planning
• Stock take & Stock adjustment preparation and administration
• Stock logistics administration across our network of locations
• Keeping informed of the latest DEAR developments, upgrades, and offerings Evaluating & innovating current user processes as relevant to the business
• Implementing software updates that are applicable to the business

Experience & qualifications:

• 2-3 years experience in supply chain management
• A working knowledge of inventory management systems
• Comfortable knowledge with Google Sheets and / or Excel

Advantageous but not essential:

• A working knowledge of DEAR inventory management

The Technology

We live and breathe technology, our team are digital natives and work across a number of industry standard platforms. Our website www.chupi.com and our store Atrium use Shopify as our eCommerce and POS platform, that attitude has made us one of the best performing Shopify sites in Europe. Alongside Shopify, our customers enjoy a number of custom built solutions built on AWS powering customer insights, product customisation and innovative CX solutions.

We utilise Slack for intra company communication, Xero for finance, Google Drive for collaboration, Dropbox for content management, Zendesk for customer care, DEAR for cloud based inventory and Notion for project management to ensure as a team we have the best tools at our disposal working across multiple sites to grow and scale an international business.

What next:

This is a full time salaried position (subject to a probationary period) offering a flexible arrangement between working from home and some office based work. The candidate will need to be able to attend meetings, events and company meetups in Dublin city as the role requires. The hours are 9am-5pm GMT, Monday to Friday.

Terms will be discussed with the candidates at the interview stage. You will report directly to the Senior Production Manager.
